So, what makes it Khass?

Khass means special. Each piece in the collection carries the name of someone who made the Choukhatt journey a little more beautiful — set in oxidised metal, finished by hand, and photographed on the clay matkas and brass thalis we grew up with.

Why Choukhatt

The chaukhat is the frame of an Indian doorway — the threshold you cross to come home.

We make jewellery that carries the same welcome. Oxidised, hand-finished pieces with temple motifs, glass stones and ghungroo drops — rooted in tradition, light enough to wear every day.

Every collection is photographed the way we live with it: on terracotta matkas, brass thalis and the old trunks at home.
